Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via the French postal service (La Poste) with a tracking number and insurance commensurate with the value of the items. We will send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the total amount of your purchases. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are properly protected.
Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the total order amount.
For orders between :
- 0 and 60 € : towards France 10 € and outside France but within the EEC 16 €
- 61 € and 200 € : towards France 12 € and outside France but within the EEC 20 €
- 201 € and 2000 € : towards France 18 € and outside France but within the EEC 30 €
- Outside the EEC, for a total between :
- 0 and 60 €: 30 €
- 61 and 200 € : 40 €
- 201 and 2000 € : 50 €
